Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a hands-on AI leader to convert strategic AI capabilities into production-ready workflows for marketing. You will architect and ship AI skills, lead engineers, and partner across engineering and data science to deliver end-to-end marketing AI that is compliant and portable.

Required is a track record in building scalable AI platforms, strong data/analytics foundation, and experience collaborating with GTM functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience architecting and shipping production AI applications.
• Strong data engineering / analytics / software engineering foundation.
• Track record building a capability or platform from scratch and scaling it to real usage.
• Experience leading engineers as a hands-on builder-leader.
• Ability to deliver through influence across teams and manage dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in marketing, growth, or GTM contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own AI skills development: architect, build, version, and maintain AI skills and agents.
• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers, while staying hands-on.
• Translate prioritized AI use-cases into shipped, measurable capabilities.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies with engineering and data science teams.
• Deliver end-to-end workflows from brief to channel-ready output.
• Build a compliant, portable foundation with governance and guardrails.
