Thomson Reuters seeks a hands-on leader to architect, build, and maintain AI skills and agents powering marketing workflows. You will lead a team of AI engineers, partner with engineering and data science, and ensure end-to-end production-grade capabilities with strong governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience architecting and shipping production AI applications: agentic workflows, orchestration, and tool and API integration.
• Strong foundation in data engineering, analytics engineering, or software engineering for scale, governance, and quality.
• Track record building a capability or platform from scratch and scaling it to real usage.
• Experience leading engineers as a hands-on builder-leader, setting direction and raising the bar.

Responsibilities

• Own AI skills development: architect, build, version, and maintain the skills and agents powering marketing workflows.
• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers, staying hands-on to set technical standards.
• Convert prioritized AI use-cases into shipped, measurable capabilities with timely delivery.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering and data science teams to avoid stalls.
• Deliver end-to-end workflows from brief to channel-ready output.
• Build the compliance foundation with legal, privacy, accessibility, and content integrity checks.
