Job summary

Thomson Reuters Holdings Inc. seeks a senior AI engineering leader to design, build, and govern a library of AI skills and agents powering marketing workflows.

You will lead a hands-on team of AI engineers, drive end-to-end production capabilities from briefs to channel-ready outputs, and partner with engineering and data science to ensure compliant, portable solutions that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience architecting and shipping production AI applications.
• Strong foundation in data engineering or software engineering with scalable data pipelines.
• Experience leading engineers as a hands-on builder-leader.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AI skills development from design to governance and standards.
• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers, staying hands-on to set the technical bar.
• Convert prioritized AI use-case portfolio into shipped capabilities with timelines.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies with engineering and data science teams.
• Build the compliance foundation: legal, privacy, accessibility and content integrity checks.
• Establish governance with accountable owners, versioning and quality monitoring.
