Amgen seeks a Marketing AI Capabilities leader to drive business product strategy for the Marketing Command Center. You will translate strategic priorities into practical operating-model requirements, collaborating with analytics, marketing, and governance teams to deliver governed AI-enabled workflows and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and performance measurement.
• Experience translating customer or business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, implementation plans, or technology-enabled workflows.
• Working fluency in AI, data, and digital-product concepts sufficient to guide requirements, assess feasibility and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day business product and delivery work for the Marketing Command Center, translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap, user journeys, requirements, product backlog, release plans, pilot measures, and adoption activities.
• Partnership with various teams to incorporate governed data products, analytics, knowledge assets, and AI signals into marketing workflows.
• Drive cross-functional delivery, change readiness, and adoption across Marketing and related functions, synthesizing risks and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
