Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) seeks a Sr. Manager to lead the day-to-day business product and transformation for Marketing AI capabilities. You will translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and drive adoption across Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, Privacy, and more, ensuring governance and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with neural networks, data teams, and external partners to scale AI-enabled marketing workflows while maintaining compliance and patient-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with 3 years in marketing, digital product management, or related field, or Bachelor's with 5 years, etc.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
• Ability to translate needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and workflows.
• Familiarity with AI, data, and digital-product concepts to guide requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business product and delivery for Marketing Command Center and related AI capabilities.
• Translate strategy into prioritized roadmap, user journeys, requirements, backlog, and adoption activities.
• Collaborate with analysts, marketers, brand teams, and commercial leaders to design role-aware experiences.
• Partner with enterprise data teams and others to embed governed data products and AI signals into workflows.
