Job summary

Azul is seeking a Marketing AI Specialist to architect AI-enabled productivity for the marketing team. You will design AI agents and automated workflows, integrate AI into Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools, and govern prompts and brand voice across the team.

You will lead backlog delivery, enablement sessions, and stay ahead of the evolving AI landscape, ensuring data security and reliable integrations across marketing applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with large language models and AI tooling.
• Portfolio of AI builds – agents or automated workflows deployed.
• Experience with MCPs and connecting LLMs to martech.
• Proven ability to build automated workflows with Zapier, n8n or similar.
• Strong communication translating AI value to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid marketing principles and fluency across MarTech (CRM, MAP, ABM).
• MIS or marketing/business major with CS/data/Software minor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows for marketing roles.
• Connect AI capabilities into martech stack replacing manual processes.
• Own MCP connector development and optimize integrations.
• Develop centralized library of prompts, skills, and brand voice frameworks with governance.
