Job summary

SonarSource is seeking a Marketing AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows that amplify the marketing function. You will partner with stakeholders to identify leverage points and iterate until automation delivers measurable impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing ops, automation engineering, or related role.
• Deep knowledge of marketing processes and tools including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content workflows.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) and scripting (Python/JavaScript).
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Assistants).
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and marketing data structures (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA, Marketo).
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reporting for deployed automations.
• Clear communicator who explains automation to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritize automation opportunities with marketing teams to reduce manual work.
• Design and build AI agents and workflows for content production, campaign ops, and reporting.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain automations, ensuring reliability as usage grows.
• Produce efficiency and impact reporting with dashboards for leadership.
• Stay current on AI tooling and evaluate new models and platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing Tooling & AI Operations Manager to integrate tools.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and auditability across workflows.
• Document deployed agents and provide internal enablement sessions.
