Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Marketing Automation & AI Specialist to design and build automations that reduce manual work and embed AI into marketing workflows. You will work hands-on with HubSpot, n8n, Claude, and Zapier, delivering practical automations for campaign setup, reporting, and data handling.

Collaborating across marketing and sales, you will ensure data flows between HubSpot, Salesforce and Snowflake, enabling scalable analytics and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in a marketing operations or technically oriented marketing role.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience building automations in n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience embedding AI into practical workflows (not just AI chatbots).
• Comfortable working with marketing data and performance metrics; AI-led reporting is a plus.
