Job summary

The candidate will also back up the receptionist desk, greet visitors, and help process faxes. A high school diploma and relevant experience are preferred, with graphic design portfolio

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 years related experience preferred.
• Graphic design training/experience with portfolio highly desired.
• Excellent written grammar and strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares correspondence to adjusters, claimants, physicians and attorneys.
• Coordinates marketing announcements and mailings.
• Updates spreadsheets with referral and implementation activity.
• Performs basic graphic design for social media posting and emails.
• Greet visitors and back up Receptionist duties as needed.
