Job summary

Oz Marketing in Utah's advertising industry is seeking an account representative to work closely with automotive dealership clients to develop impactful marketing strategies, deliver measurable results, and grow business. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services, and driving revenue through strategic upsells and cross-sell initiatives.

• Drive Sales for Oz Marketing: focus on generating revenue by upsell/cross-sell with current clients.
• Generate Business for Clients: develop innovative campaigns and branding strategies.
• Campaign Execution: plan meetings, review analytics, and brief the creative team.
• Project Management: oversee marketing campaigns from idea to completion and measure results.
• Understand KPI's of campaigns across Google, Meta and other platforms.
• Event Planning and Marketing Support: assist with events, signage, promos, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales for Oz Marketing: Focus on generating additional revenue by identifyingupsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients. Showcase the value of additional marketing services and campaigns to increase client investment.


• Generate Business for Clients: Collaborate with clients to create innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies that drive measurable results. Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients - building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.


• Campaign Execution: Hold regular advertising meetings with clients to discuss strategy/brainstorm ideas and review analytics/execute campaigns. Deliver clear campaign briefs to the creative team ensuring they align with the client’s vision and goals.


• Project Management and execution of all marketing campaigns and efforts. Full spectrum marketing to idea generation, execution and completion of projects and campaigns. Identifying key metrics of success and analyzing analytics and performance to ensure the campaign was effective to drive measurable results to the client.


• UnderstandingKPI's of campaigns including Google, Meta and additional advertising platforms used in marketing campaigns.


• Event Planning and Marketing Support: Assist clients with planning and executing marketing strategies for events (including logistics/ promotional campaigns and onsite branding). Coordinate with vendors and creative teams to develop event materials such as signage/digital ads and collateral. Track the success of events through analytics and provide actionable insights for future planning.


• Track and Report Performance: Provide clients with campaign performance metrics to demonstrateROI and drive confidence in ongoing collaboration - making pivot recommendations where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Sales and/or marketing experience - particularly in account management or advertising is highly encouraged


• Knowledge and a keen understanding of Google Ads, Meta, and adjacent platforms in the marketing industry


• Confidence in conducting presentations and leading client meetings


• Ability to generate excitement around ideas and secure buy-in from clients


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced marketing environment


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
