Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience—particularly in account management or advertising is highly encouraged.
• Confidence in conducting presentations and leading client meetings.
• Ability to generate excitement around ideas and secure buy-in from clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for Oz Marketing by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients.
• Collaborate with clients to create innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies.
• Hold regular advertising meetings with clients to discuss strategy and review analytics.
• Coordinate with vendors and creative teams to develop event materials and promotional campaigns.
• Provide clients with campaign performance metrics and ROI analysis.
