Young Automotive Group in Utah is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of automotive sales professionals at one of our expanding dealerships. You will coach staff, set performance targets, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across every interaction.

The ideal candidate has automotive sales leadership experience, with a track record of growing sales, developing talent, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach max potential.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with other Departments to optimize dealership performance.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle makes/models and inventory turnover.
• Support marketing/advertising strategies for the dealership.
• Participate in training and development meetings; monitor customer experience scores.
