Position Overview

In this role, you will act as an orchestra conductor for client account management, ensuring clear communication across teams to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for orchestrating and elevating integrated marketing strategies, contributing to the success of each client account.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Leadership, Client Management, and Marketing Consulting
    • Build trust and strong relationships with clients.
    • Lead and consult clients on marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.
    • Lead client meetings and strategy calls, engaging clients effectively.
    • Explain how marketing initiatives connect to broader business objectives.
  2. Account Management
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support client accounts.
    • Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities.
    • Oversee account plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, communicating strategic updates.
    • Translate client goals into actionable internal directives.
    • Improve account management processes for better client experience.
  3. HubSpot Operations Consulting
    • Advise on leveraging HubSpot for business outcomes.
    • Build and optimize workflows and processes in HubSpot.
    • Provide training and conduct audits to enhance platform utilization.
    • Stay updated on HubSpot features and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Growth Marketing Campaign Management
    • Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
    • Optimize campaigns for ROI based on industry best practices.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 years in account management and marketing, preferably in B2B tech.
  • 4+ years of experience with HubSpot.
  • Proven success in growing accounts and supporting client goals.
  • Experience managing campaigns on HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills for audits and performance reviews.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and manage budgets.
  • Availability to work in North American Eastern time zone.
