Job description

Tuff is a growth marketing team working with clients to drive growth by creating, managing, measuring, and optimizing high-performing acquisition campaigns. We’re a fully remote and small team with endless opportunities for autonomy, ownership, and impact.

We work with clients in nearly every industry and a typical engagement with Tuff includes Paid Media, SEO, Content Strategy, Creative, Data, and CRO. Every account has a dedicated growth strategist and is supported by a team of channel experts.

In our next phase of growth, we’re looking to add an account management layer to our current growth team to help support the day-to-day workflows for our clients.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Account Manager will play a key role in executing growth strategies for our partners, collaborating with a lead growth strategist and paid media, SEO, web, and creative channel experts on each client account. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for performance marketing, an analytical mindset, and a strong desire to drive measurable growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with channel experts to set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Project Management: Own project management for each of our client accounts, ensuring tasks are managed in Asana and completed in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs. Build and maintain regular performance reports, highlighting wins, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Ad Creative & Web Coordination: Partner with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages, providing direction and supporting creative & web projects through project management.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive.
  • Communication: Communicate status of projects and campaign results, both internally and directly with the client partners you work with.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably in an agency or similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms like The Trade Desk.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and dynamic ad solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and CRO principles.
