Job summary

Recruit Secure is partnering with an established healthcare provider operating a large Skilled Nursing Home in Far Rockaway, NY, seeking an experienced Marketer to drive admissions and strengthen referral networks. The role focuses on developing strategic plans to engage hospitals, external vendors, and community organizations, boosting census and brand awareness.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Admissions, SNF Administrators, and the broader care network to meet census targets

Qualifications

• Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems.
• Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems, especially in the Queens, Brooklyn Nassau County areas.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
• Work with the Admissions department to meet short‑term and long‑range census goals.
• Create, manage and monitor new business development plans.
• Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.

Recruit Secure is collaborating with an established and very stable Healthcare company that owns a large Skilled Nursing Home in Far Rockaway, NY area that is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketer to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of a Skilled Nursing Home (about 100+ beds) located in the Rockaway area of Queens, NY. The successful candidate will develop strategic marketing plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at the facility and enhance the company's brand.
