SERVPRO® of South Orange County is seeking an experienced Marketer to lead marketing and business development for our location. This standalone role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives on relationship-building, brand awareness, and sales growth.

You will expand our client base, execute strategic marketing initiatives, and drive revenue in South Orange County. Build partnerships with clients and referral sources, manage campaigns, and report results to ownership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing or business development experience in restoration industry.
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage an entire sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the competitive advantages of SERVPRO® services.
• Educate clients and referral partners on SERVPRO® brand benefits and solutions.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships through daily marketing calls and in-person visits.

• Utilize CRM and marketing software to document daily activity, track leads, and manage opportunities.
• Provide ownership with regular revenue updates and territory reports.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue goals.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with SERVPRO® brand standards.

SERVPRO® of South Orange County is hiring an experienced and motivated Marketer to manage all marketing and business development efforts for our location. This is a standalone role, ideal for a self-driven professional with restoration industry experience who thrives on relationship-building, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Position Overview

As the Marketer, you will make a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO® story throughout South Orange County. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving revenue growth. This role requires comfort meeting new people, excellent communication skills (in-person and online), and motivation driven by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
