Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of insurance-industry experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Property & Casualty agency or brokerage experience.
• Strong understanding of both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines operations.
• Texas Property & Casualty license.
• Proven ability to lead through Team Leads and influence a larger indirect reporting structure.

• Lead and develop the Commercial Lines and Personal Lines teams.
