The role requires steering enterprise initiatives into measurable market outcomes, delivering exceptional client service, and strong financial performance. Travel and licensing requirements apply as you partner with leadership, carriers, and agency networks.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience within Property & Casualty insurance agency operations or agency leadership.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams through subordinate leaders.
• Demonstrated accountability for agency or divisional financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and expense oversight.
• Experience leading significant organizational change initiatives, including acquisitions, operating model redesigns, or system conversions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines, personal lines, small commercial markets, and agency operations.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, profitability, and operational success of the Property & Casualty division across Commercial, Personal, and Select Business Unit.
• Own revenue, expense management, retention, productivity, and operating results.
• Develop and mentor department leaders to build a high-performing, client-focused culture.
• Establish service standards, workflows, data integrity, and quality controls for exceptional client experiences.
• Lead agency integrations, system conversions, carrier consolidation, and transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen carrier and wholesale relationships and support producers with market access and growth.
• Champion technology adoption, automation, and process improvements for scalability.
• Sponsorship of key client relationships and strategic market growth initiatives.
