Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent experience in marketing, design or liberal arts.
• Experience in Visual Merchandising/Presentation or marketing is preferred.
• Retail management experience across multiple stores is desirable.
• Strong visual standards and ability to interpret Brand Direction.

Responsibilities

• Drive training and implementation of Visual Merchandising direction.
• Coach Field Leaders during store visits to reduce execution variability.
• Lead and influence Floorset planning and space optimization.
• Collaborate with HO Visual Merchandising and Real Estate teams
• Travel approximately 60% with overnight stays as needed.
