Position Details

• Position: Market Visual Merchandiser
• Location: Field / Remote
• Compensation Range: $26 - $29 Per Hour

Role Responsibilities

• Create impactful in-store experiences to drive sales and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Corporate VM to deliver training and support store teams on brand guidelines.
• Oversee Sandro and Maje locations in-person and virtually, focusing on the Costa Mesa market.
• Conduct store visits, ensure visual standards, and provide feedback and action plans.
• Maintain compliance with visual standards and deadlines.
• Support promotional activities, window displays, and visual updates.
• Report and communicate with corporate teams regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Experience with store or field visual merchandising, including window and interior displays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, and move fixtures.
• Willingness to travel between stores as needed.
