Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, and performing related physical activities
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Hemet, CA; secondary locations in Perris and Menifee, CA
• Availability including weekends and holidays
