Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
5. Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with valid ID and auto insurance; access to a military base requires specific IDs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Aliso Viejo, CA, with availability including weekends and holidays.
