Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 0–2 years related experience.
• Candidate must pass a technical skills assessment evaluating mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repair, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motor and VFD support, pump and valve maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment.
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks, including operating a forklift.
