This role focuses on onboarding and developing team members in Operations and Maintenance through hands‑on, in‑tunnel, and on‑site training, ensuring employees understand wash processes, safety protocols, guest service standards, chemical handling, and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in car wash operations, tunnel operations, or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of tunnel equipment and wash‑quality standards.
• Experience coaching or training frontline employees or leaders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across all car wash locations in the market.
• Onboard and develop team members in Operations and Maintenance.
• Lead hands‑on, in‑tunnel, and on‑site training sessions.
• Certify team members on SOPs, wash quality, guest experience, and safety.
• Partner with Site Managers and Market Directors to roll out programs and support openings.
• Document training hours, certifications, and compliance.
