Dollar Tree is seeking a Market Strategy Analyst to develop advanced spatial and quantitative analytics for real estate planning, market optimization, and new store site selection. You will apply demographic, mobility, and performance data to forecast sales and support strategic growth.

You will build and maintain analytics models, contribute to cannibalization and network analyses, and present findings to Real Estate, Finance, and Senior Leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 3–5 years in real estate analytics, site selection, market planning, forecasting, GIS, or related.
• Experience with site selection, trade area analysis, and location intelligence methodologies.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning abilities.

• Identify optimal locations for new store growth through market planning strategies.
• Develop and manage forecasting processes for Real Estate and Finance.
• Incorporate spatial analytics into site selection and assess market risks.
• Develop predictive models and apply machine learning where appropriate.

• Build dashboards and executive presentations for stakeholders.
