Dollar Tree is seeking a Real Estate Manager to drive market growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing new store locations across assigned regions. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smart site selection and timely store openings that support our growth.

The role emphasizes negotiating favorable leases, analyzing demographics and traffic, and managing a portfolio of properties while building strong relationships with landlords and brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in retail real estate and lease negotiations.
• Strong negotiation and financial/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement real estate strategies and market analyses to strengthen competitive position.
• Identify, evaluate, and present sites for new stores, relocations, and expansions with LOIs and terms.
• Collaborate with Store Development, Legal, Construction and Store Operations for on-time openings.
• Manage lease renewals and portfolio optimization, negotiating rent reductions and amendments.
