Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Market Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new B2B account development. The role involves hiring, training, motivating and managing reps to hit targets weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.

The majority of time is spent in the field developing new business customers. The position offers a thorough training program and opportunities for growth within a major, Fortune 500 enterprise based in Cincinnati, OH, with competitive benefits

Qualifications

Cintas is seeking a Market Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred

• 2-5 years' outside sales experience
