Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team in the Pittsburgh area. You will hire, manage performance, and foster a safe, productive work environment while ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

You will drive sales, profits, inventory and payroll goals, manage a budget, and provide hands-on support to the team, including visits to customer sites and occasional vehicle travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team.
• Hire and manage team performance; foster a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage budget and operations.
• Provide hands-on support to reports; accompany service reps or visit customers as needed.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations and assist in pickup/delivery; perform managerial duties.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
