Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development. You will hire, train, motivate and manage reps to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual new business goals.

Most time is spent in the field with reps, developing new business customer accounts and delivering thorough training on our product knowledge and sales process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage Sales Representatives to achieve new business goals.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts.

The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.
