Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Market Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new B2B account development.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage sales reps to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Spend majority of time in the field with reps and develop new business customer accounts.

Skills

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred

• Sales management experience
• 2-5 years' outside sales experience
• New business-to business account development experience
• Industrial sales experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
