Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, coach, and manage performance while sustaining a safe, productive work environment and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will drive service excellence by resolving customer issues, supporting field staff, and helping achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals. This role involves hands-on support, travel to customer sites, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Preferred: experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Responsibilities

• Directly manage our customer-facing Service team.
• Hire and manage performance; lead a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer-related issues and train the team on sales techniques.
• Support service reps with field visits, pickups, and deliveries as needed.
• Manage budgets and achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
