Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a results-oriented sales professional for Direct Store Delivery leadership. Based in the La Crosse, WI area, you will drive store growth, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with partners to meet zone objectives.

You will use data tools, lead teams, and contribute to ongoing growth of key brands while upholding safety and compliance standards. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with a background in sales or customer relations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma accepted with experience.
• 3–5 years in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required.
• Must read and speak English proficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales objectives by leading the DSDE execution in the market.
• Establish store-level growth plans aligned with zone revenue, freshness and realization goals.
• Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners.
• Execute on growth opportunities to grow market share for strategic brands.
• Use sales data tools to drive effective decisions with frontline sales and to grow brand display.
