Job summary

TruGreen is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager in Cary, NC to lead a sales team across multiple locations and drive growth. You will develop market strategies, coach Branch Sales Managers, and ensure sales objectives align with budgets while coordinating marketing efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or related lawn/horticulture experience, with 2–4 years of supervisory and 2–3 years outside sales experience. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2–4 years supervisory experience required
• 2–3 years outside sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of sales managers and is responsible for their development, performance, and results
• Develops market-level sales plans and forecasts
• Ensures achievement of sales objectives within designated budgets
• Assists in executing marketing programs to ensure profit, growth, and expansion of TruGreen’s services
• Creates and grows the sales function in the market by leading and achieving business goals
