Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and develop team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
• Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets.
• Assisting in creating and publish weekly store schedules.
• Manage daily deposits and bank runs.
• Assist in maintaining proper staffing levels based on business needs.
