Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in applied market research or insights.
• Experience at a research agency with tracking studies or panel workflows preferred.
• Proficient in mixed methods: quantitative design and qualitative interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own Panel Strategy & Execution: drive long-term execution and scaling of customer research panels.
• Support Brand Tracking Operations: manage questionnaire updates, sample targets, data hygiene and quality checks.
• Lead Thought Leadership Research Execution: oversee fielding, vendor management, and data governance with cross-functional partners.
