Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses of customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits to identify demand drivers for health-oriented mattresses.
• Design and administer surveys, focus groups, and polls to gather primary data on consumer priorities such as spinal alignment and sleep health.
• Evaluate competitor pricing, marketing, and distribution strategies to benchmark offerings and guide premium positioning.
• Analyze industry reports and innovations to inform product development and identify opportunities in memory-foam and hybrid tech.
• Prepare visual research reports translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends using statistical models to allocate resources for product launches.
• Assess effectiveness of advertising and digital campaigns against wellness and durability metrics.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary:

To support our mission of delivering superior sleep solutions, we are seeking a skilled Market Research Analyst. This role is crucial in providing data driven insights that shape our product strategies, marketing approaches, and competitive positioning in the health-focused mattress industry. The Market Research Analyst will analyze consumer behavior, assess market trends, evaluate competitors, and develop actionable recommendations to drive our continued success in meeting evolving customer needs.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses of customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits to identify demand drivers for health-oriented, advanced material mattresses aligned with current wellness trends.
• Design and administer targeted surveys, focus groups, and opinion polls, gathering primary data on consumer priorities such as proper spinal alignment, pressure relief, and overall sleep health.
• Evaluate competitor pricing, marketing, and distribution strategies to benchmark Healthcare Arizona LLC’s offerings and guide premium positioning within the health focused sleep-solutions sector.
• Analyze industry reports, trade literature, and innovations in memory-foam and hybrid technologies to inform product development and pinpoint emerging opportunities. Develop and refine research methodologies and data-collection tools that track evolving consumer behaviors and new market segments seeking customized sleep experiences.
• Prepare clear, visual research reports that translate complex health, market, and customer insights into recommendations, then brief leadership on promotion, distribution, design, and pricing actions.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends using statistical models, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for upcoming product launches and upgrades.
• Assess the effectiveness of advertising and digital campaigns against key wellness and durability metrics, recommending enhancements that highlight the mattresses’ long-lasting performance and health benefits.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Ability to apply fundamental concepts, theories, and methodologies in Market Research and Consumer Behavior Analysis, Quantitative Data Analysis and Econometrics.
• Financial & Economic forecasting.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Analytics or another closely related field
• Theoretical and practical application of specialized knowledge.
