Market Research Analyst

Design and process data from multiple sources, including sales data from platforms such as eBay and Amazon, including price, quantity, different seller information, etc. Accurately diagnose business needs, including marketing goals for different periods, sales methods for different products, etc. Summarize the analysis results and transform them into the company’s phased goals. Based on the data analysis results, use time as the interval unit to conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the results within a specific unit, and work with the sales team to formulate a marketing plan suitable for the company’s products. Collect and analyze product marketing data under the same category, by browsing and filtering a large amount of product marketing data on different platforms, establishing intuitive data storage files, and simplifying future marketing needs and decision-making analysis. Analyze marketing performance in different periods, mainly based on products and prices, by collecting sales data from different sales platforms. The data needs to be preprocessed and the required parts retained. Collaborate with the sales team for in-depth analysis of data analysis results. Work with the sales team to conduct in-depth analysis and formulate the company’s future sales plans and strategies based on data previously collected through platforms such as eBay and Amazon. Formulate various marketing projects according to different online sales platforms and combine them with data analysis results. Promote harmonious and long-term development between other projects. Communicate with multiple team members, clearly express the analysis results and conclusions of the work to leaders and collaborators. Collect and analyze financial and business datasets; conduct data analysis to evaluate market trends and business performance; prepare analytical reports and data summaries; work with Python, SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Information Systems, or a related degree plus a minimum of 6 months of experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. Experience to include collecting and analyzing financial and business datasets; conducting data analysis to evaluate market trends and business performance; preparing analytical reports and data summaries; working with Python, SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Hours

40 hours per week, M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
