• Experience managing personnel and instructing individuals and groups.

• Patient demeanor with ability to relate to diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer service concerns and conflict discreetly.
• Must lift 30 pounds and stock shelves.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages administrative duties related to food programs (e.g., Senior Box, TEFAP, Veteran Box, Share Pack, home delivery).
• Supports compliance with government nutrition programs and data maintenance in internal systems.
• Acts as on-site manager to coordinate staff, volunteers, and partners.
