Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business strategy, or related field.
• None required for certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Support market positioning by translating customer insights, buying behaviors, and market signals into clear messaging and content.
• Develop market-facing materials and content across digital, print, presentation, website, and customer engagement channels.
• Support project marketing and communications initiatives, including project milestones, customer-facing events, jobsite tours, and award submissions.
• Coordinate with Brand and Communications to align external activity and visual storytelling assets with market focus and growth priorities.
• Maintain market and portfolio content within content management systems.
• Prepare presentations, customer-facing materials, and supporting content for market engagement, business development, and internal alignment.
• Partner with business leaders to align external market activity with defined growth priorities.
• Contribute to consistent storytelling across sectors, capabilities, projects, and portfolios.
