Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product marketing professional to shape positioning for a SaaS platform, lead go-to-market planning, and own the messaging architecture across divisions. You will craft compelling campaigns and drive adoption with hands-on asset creation.

Collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure compliant, effective communications that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• 6–8+ years in product marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy with a creative portfolio.
• Product marketing experience for a software, SaaS, or platform product.
• Experience owning top-of-funnel performance and diagnosing audience drop-off.
• Experience launching products end-to-end including go-to-market planning and post-launch review.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging, and segmentation based on platform lifecycle stage.
• Adapt messaging for different divisions, cultures, markets, and business lines.
• Ground value propositions in colleagues’ actual workday and tasks.
• Own the competitive frame against external AI tools, manual workarounds, or inaction.
• Test messaging with colleagues across multiple divisions and revise as needed.
• Maintain the platform message library as products evolve.
• Set channel and audience strategy for launches and own campaign content end to end.
• Coordinate broadcast and community messaging with the Peer Advocacy & Community Lead.
• Create go-to-market plans covering audiences, messaging, channels, sequencing, assets, dates, and adoption goals.
