Jobtailor in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns, align with brand strategy and local priorities, and develop compelling collateral.

You will drive demand-generation, manage online and offline activities, track performance, and collaborate with global teams across Sales, Product Marketing, Procurement, RA & QA, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to deliver annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the IVD industry.
• Experience in genetics, molecular biology, immunology, or biochemistry preferred.
• Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand-generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, and management of online and offline communication strategies and marketing activities.
• Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan aligned with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
• Create and manage marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
• Implement online marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and raw lead generation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and make course corrections as required.
• Work closely with Procurement to manage communications spending and coordinate with vendors and agencies to create or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
• Lead planning and implementation of PR and brand-related initiatives.
• Assist with long-term branding strategy development aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide across Sales, Product Marketing, Procurement, RA & QA, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to deliver in-year goals.
