Carvana is seeking a Team Lead for the Market Operations group to run the local hub, overseeing launch, operations, logistics, branding, and team engagement. You’ll manage Customer Advocates and drive market success, focusing on the employee and customer experience and proactive solutions to roadblocks.

The role requires a big-picture thinker who can lead a team of highly capable Advocates, delivering results in a fast-paced startup-like environment with strong growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees.
• Experience with strategic planning and process improvement.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Be a continuous positive force within the market and build team morale.
• Interview, onboard and train Customer Advocates and provide guidance for success.
• Develop team by giving feedback, conducting performance check-ins, and setting goals.
• Recognize team achievements using organizational tools and new methods of recognition.
• Generate and present regular reports to upper management.
• Lead by example, assist Advocates in delivering stellar customer experiences.
