Carvana seeks a Team Lead to run the Market Operations hub, overseeing launch, operations, logistics, and brand initiatives while directing a team of Customer Advocates. You will shape the customer and employee experience, setting direction and performance targets.

You will mentor a diverse team, monitor metrics, and implement improvements in a dynamic startup-like environment. A strong leader will thrive on cross-functional collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees.
• Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead market operations team and manage operations, logistics, and customer experience.
• Interview, onboard and train Customer Advocates.
• Develop and coach team through feedback and performance checks.
• Provide vision and development opportunities for the team.
• Generate regular reports for upper management and present findings.
• Drive production in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Address complex customer-facing issues.
