Carvana is seeking a Team Lead in Market Operations to run a local hub, oversee launch, operations, and brand presence, and lead a team of Customer Advocates. You will manage customer and employee experiences, set goals, and drive continuous improvement.

A strong leader with big-picture thinking will help the market succeed. You’ll mentor the team, balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, and work to ensure superb service while guiding the market toward growth in a fast-paced startup

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing team environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven history of coaching employees.
• Experience with strategy, process improvement, and goal setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Start-up pace and adaptability.

• Maintain high team morale and spirit within the market.
• Interview, onboard and train Customer Advocates with guidance.
• Provide feedback, conduct performance check-ins, set goals.
• Recognize and reward team achievements using tools and programs.
• Generate and present regular performance reports to management.
• Be the go-to expert and participate in hands-on activities as needed.
• Drive production in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Identify improvements to the customer and Advocate experience.
• Address and manage complex customer-facing issues.
