Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of employment with Soar (internal candidates only).
• RBT 2 certification required (internal candidates only).
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support center operations and scheduling across AZ market.
• Assist Market Operations Directors and Market President.
• Oversee front desk and client communications.
• Lead special projects and process improvements.
