Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Market Operations Specialist to support center operations, business processes, and special projects. The role is full-time and primarily in-person, with typical hours 7:00-3:30, occasional 8:00-5:00.

Reporting to Market Operations Director, you will collaborate with CODs, scheduling teams, and the Market President. Starting base salary is $55,000–$65,000 per year with potential annual bonus up to $32,000; benefits include health, student loan

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of professional experience.
• Must be at least an RBT 2 (internal candidates only).
• Associates or bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of employment with Soar (internal candidates only).

Responsibilities

• Filling in for Center Operations Directors (approx. 50% of the role).
• Owning local fidelity to operating processes, scheduling and client communications.
• Proactively identifying operational challenges and proposing new policies.
• Managing front desk, welcome, and family communications.
• Supporting business operations, audits, attendance and data provisioning.
• Leading process improvement initiatives and special projects.
