Job summary

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Market General Manager to direct day-to-day operations of multiple medical centers in the Columbus region. You will own the centers’ budgets, oversee staff up to 150 people, and drive strategies that improve patient experience and financial performance.

Partner with clinical leaders to meet clinical metrics, maintain VIP service standards, and grow market share while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare or Public Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare administration, budget management, finance or closely related industry work experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct management/leadership experience within a customer/client service environment.
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar P&L account highly desired.
• Spoken and written fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Owns and operates an average annual budget of over $50M for multiple medical centers.
• Leads growth strategy for each center around disenrollment.
• Mentors, coaches, and develops operation teams in the market.
• Maintains awareness of competitive healthcare environment and retention efforts.
• Collaborates with center leaders to conduct performance evaluations and ensure policy adherence.
