Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred in healthcare/business
• Minimum 5 years healthcare admin, budget/financial experience
• Proven leadership of diverse teams and multi-center operations
• Strong communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L and customer service excellence
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally/nationally up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Owns and operates an average annual budget of over $50M for multiple medical centers.
• Leads strategy for operational excellence and growth within the centers.
• Partners with market leaders to execute business plans and ensure targets.
