Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare administration with budget/financial oversight.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L and multi-center operations.

Responsibilities

• Owns and operates annual budgets over $50M for multiple centers.
• Leads staffing up to 150 employees and serves up to 10,000 patients per year.
• Partners with Regional President to ensure VIP service and clinical outcomes.
• Mentors center leaders and drives performance evaluations and development.
• Drives growth strategy for centers and maintains cost control.
