Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in team leadership with multiple direct reports.
• Experience managing logistics operations and processes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registration paperwork.
• Support customer experience and employee experience initiatives.
• Mentor and train team members and drive performance.
